What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order is just 12 trays — enough to trial a design, with bulk pricing tiers as quantities grow.
How long does production take?
2 weeks (faster turnaround available with express shipping). The clock starts once you approve your free mockup, not when you place the order.
Do I pay anything before I see a proof?
No. We send a free mockup within 24 hours and you pay nothing until you approve the design.
Is the printing food safe?
Yes. Food-safe inks are printed on the outside of the board, never on the surface the food rests on.
Which tray do I need?
Paperboard for plain dogs at volume, grease-resistant for chilli and cheese, combo for dog-and-fries, compostable kraft for waste policies, plastic for reusable service, jumbo for footlongs.
Will grease ruin the print?
Not on the grease-resistant or coated styles — the barrier stops it at the surface. Plain uncoated board will stain under oily toppings.
Can you match our brand colours?
Yes. Send your colour references and we match the print, then confirm it on your mockup before the run.
What artwork do you need from me?
Vector artwork is ideal, but send whatever you have. Our designers redraw it to tray size at no charge.
